Pay Your Househhold Utility Bills in Florida

There are several ways to make a payment:

*Mail your payment in with the returned envelope provided with your bill
*Pay online using the city Web site
*Pay via the telephone using the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR)
*Pay in person at our main office or two remote satellite locations
*Pay using our Direct Debit Services

Payment of your utility bill is generally due 12 days after billing. A reminder notice is sent to the customers mailing address if payment is not received by the due date. You are provided with a return envelope to mail your monthly utility bill payment. The top portion of your monthly bill has our payment mailing address preprinted on the reverse side which will appear through the window of your return envelope.
